Constantin PaduraruTechnical Director, Building Construction
Constantin Păduraru is, since 2018, the technical director for the building construction division of PORR Romania. 2013 is the year he started working in the PORR Romania team, in the role of project and contract manager. Prior to his experience in our organisation, Costi was part of the project teams of another international construction organisation. Costi obtained his PMP certification in project management in 2010, demonstrating over the years his excellence in coordinating and managing projects and teams, strategic thinking and solid experience in the field.
Costi is passionate about people relationships and people development and strongly believes that the mission of a leader is to help create other leaders.

Stela CârsteaCommercial Director, Building Construction
Stela Cârstea is the commercial director for the building construction division. She has been active in the construction industry since 1999 and in 2006 she started her activity in PORR Romania, laying the foundations for the operational commercial management.
Since 2013, Stela took over the management of the commercial building construction division.
Stela works with numbers, has a successful career and is passionate about a field that seems from a different landscape than construction - she is a dedicated creator of exquisite cakes, paying attention to all the details that contribute to a perfect look. Her motto is "Follow your heart, but be sensible too!"
