Vlad OțetTechnical Director, Major Projects
Vlad started his activity in PORR Romania in 2014, in the position of Quality Manger for the Sebeș-Turda motorway project. After its completion, he accepted the challenge of being Deputy Project Manager and later Project Manager for a new motorway, Sibiu-Pitești, lot 1. The latter is a landmark project for his work as he took it from the beginning and completed it, together with his team, 4 months ahead of the contractual deadline, a first in Romania for a project of such a magnitude.
Vlad is a visionary and encourages innovation and progress in the construction industry. He is not afraid to take risks if they will bring positive change. He believes that the success of a team is guaranteed as long as there is a relationship based on trust, communication and respect between team members.

Stefan HollerCommercial Director Infrastructure, Major Projects
Stefan Holler is our commercial director for large infrastructure projects. He started his professional career with the PORR Group in 1996 in the procurement department. Before joining the organisation in Romania as Commercial Director of the Large Infrastructure Projects division, Stefan worked in countries such as Austria, Hungary and Turkey. In 2002, Stefan took over the position of commercial project manager with PORR Romania. Thanks to his vast experience in the operational area, Stefan successfully contributes to the development of innovative projects.
