Mario PröllCEO
Mario is an outstanding leader, people follow him because of his strong and direct personality. His fair and trustworthy character attracts the loyalty of those around him. Ambitious and results-focused, with a people-orientated attitude, he is constantly concerned with finding the best solutions in any situation, and has extensive experience in the acquisition and implementation of new projects.
As a professional in this field of activity, Mario combines technical and commercial competences, acquired as a result of his vast experience in different management systems in several European companies.
Over the last 30 years he has managed teams of more than 500 people and projects worth more than €140 million. His successful career has been built on the trust he places in the teams of people he works with, but also on his determination to get things done well and on time.
He is passionate about mentoring and developing people, while at the same time co-ordinating the resources and projects managed so that they reach their full potential.
Mario loves Romania, living and working here since 1999. He has always believed in our country's potential and his goal and mission is to actively and substantially contribute to Romania's sustainable development.
Ana-Maria DolgaeCFO
Ana-Maria Dolgae has been our CFO since 2016. Since her second year at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Ana started her career as an intern in one of the Big Four companies. After graduating, Ana-Maria continued her professional development in the same organisation as a tax consultant for more than three years. Before joining the PORR Romania team, Ana worked for a period of over 5 years in one of the largest international retail companies, initially in the role of tax manager and later as financial director, taking an active part in a number of new systems implementations, organisational changes and various company development projects.
Ana-Maria enjoys reading non-fiction, specifically "anything that helps her to better understand the world we live in, from science to business and even literary history", while her weekends are spent in the company of her favourite activities, swimming and hiking in the mountains.
Ana is passionate about her work and believes that to be a good leader, the trust and appreciation she shows her teams for the work they do are two of the key ingredients that fuel the pioneering spirit in the company. In terms of PORR's values, Ana believes that in order to take the company's success so far forward, the team needs a 'shoulder to shoulder' approach.
Laurentiu VirginasCOO Infrastructure Projects Division
Laurențiu Virginaș joined the Board Management team in early 2022. His journey in PORR Romania started in December 2013, in the role of Project Manager and Contractor's Representative for large road and motorway projects, coordinating and supervising the contractor's teams. In 2018 he became PORR Romania technical director for the large infrastructure projects division.
The design and execution of the Sebeș-Turda motorways, lot 4 and Sibiu-Pitești, lot 1, are among the most important large projects that Laurentiu has successfully managed and coordinated within our company. Under his guidance, the teams achieved impressive results.
Laurentiu is visionary, always focussed on finding the best solutions and always keeping his balance, no matter the challenges, inspiring those around him.
Emanuel ReitmaierCOO Local Infrastructure Division
Emanuel graduated in 2004 from the Polytechnic University of Timișoara, Technical Faculty of Construction, Department of Railways, Roads and Bridges. Emanuel joined PORR Romania in 2007, as Site Manager of the Egger project in Rădăuți, Suceava County. A productive period followed, in which Emanuel was part of the implementation teams of the company's reference infrastructure projects: Arad BYPASS, Oradea Airport, Cihei Oradea Passage, Sebeș - TURDA Motorway LOT 4. He successively held positions of site manager, deputy project manager, project manager and project coordinator. Since 2018, he took over the management of the Timișoara branch, and since 2020 he is part of the management team of our organisation.
As of January 2024, Emanuel is the new Chief Operating Officer, Local Infrastructure Division, under his direct coordination all PORR Romania projects in the local infrastructure spectrum, both in the West and South-East of the country.
Emanuel is an open, dedicated and passionate person. He enjoys coordinating and developing the teams he works with.
In his spare time, Emanuel is with his family, enjoys going out in nature and cooking for his loved ones.
