Public notice regarding the screening decision
PORR CONSTRUCT SRL, the project owner of the project “INSTALLATION OF A MOBILE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT AND CONSTRUCTION SITE ORGANIZATION”, hereby informs the interested public of the decision issued by the Tulcea County Environmental Directorate (DJM Tulcea) regarding the screening stage, namely the continuation of the procedure for obtaining development approval within the environmental impact assessment procedure for the project “INSTALLATION OF A MOBILE CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT AND CONSTRUCTION SITE ORGANIZATION”, proposed to be carried out within the built-up area of Rahmanu Village, identified by T13, Cc 94, Cadastral No. 47563, Land Registry No. 47563, Casimcea Commune, Tulcea County.
