PORR Construct S.R.L., acting as the Contractor under the Contract signed with the Beneficiary, i.e. Compania Nationala de Cai Ferate “CFR” S.A. (the National Railway Company “CFR” S.A.) (hereinafter referred to as “CFR”), for the investment project titled “Design and execution - Rehabilitation of the Craiova - Drobeta Turnu Severin - Caransebeș Railway Line, part of the Orient/East-Mediterranean Corridor - LOT 5: CAP X BĂILE HERCULANE - CAP X PO NOU POARTA, KM 404+250 - KM 436+887”, is organizing a public tender procedure for the award of a contract for the provision of legal services consisting in the drafting of documentation necessary to obtain additional land areas for the national public utility project titled “Rehabilitation of the Craiova - Drobeta Turnu Severin - Caransebeș Railway Line, part of the Orient/East-Mediterranean Corridor - LOT 5: CAP X BĂILE HERCULANE - CAP X PO NOU POARTA, KM 404+250 - KM 436+887”.
