Mihai AramăQuantity Survey Technical Director

The career of Mihai Aramă, a graduate of the University of Construction of Iasi, CFDP section, in PORR Romania began in 2008, the first position held was that of Quantity Surveyor.
As of June 2024, Mihai Aramă is the Technical Director of the Quantity Surveying Department within the Infrastructure Division.
Mihai describes himself as a team-player and an advocate for developing the potential of his colleagues, as well as a passionate figures enthusiast with meticulous attention to detail.
In his spare time, he enjoys travelling with his family.

Harald MetzingerTechnical Director Infrastructure

After completing his studies in Civil Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna in 2005, Harald joined our organisation as a construction engineer and later in 2006 as site manager.
In PORR Romania he started his activity in 2007, within the Câmpina Predeal railway project. Since 2013, he has been in charge of the technical department of PORR, coordinating the procurement part of infrastructure projects in Romania.

Anca MotoroiuDirector Contract Management

Anca is, since 2024, Contract Management Director in the Infrastructure Projects Division.
She joined PORR in 2014, one day before the start date of the Sebeș - Turda Motorway, Lot 4 project. Her professional career in the company started as Contract Manager, then Contract Management Coordinator, Major Projects Division, where she was involved in the execution of numerous infrastructure works and special projects. This was followed by the creation of an in-house Contract Management department, and then the co-ordination and development of in-house contract management teams within the Civil Construction Division and Local Infrastructure Division.
Anca believes that the qualities of a good leader must include transparency in decision making, fairness, fair play and the ability to support and encourage debate among team members. Anca has been working in Contract Management since 2008 without interruption and holds a Master's degree in International Arbitration from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

Adrian PopescuTechnical Director Infrastructure

Adrian Popescu started his career in PORR Romania in 2009, as Planner for the Câmpina-Predal railway project and later for the Corni wind farm. In 2014 he joined the technical office at the head office in Bucharest, being responsible, together with the team, for infrastructure projects.
He gained international experience from 2015-2018, when he held the roles of Planner and Technical Office Manager for the Doha Metro Track Works project, PORR Qatar.
In 2018 he returned to PORR Romania and took up the position of Bid Manager, Infrastructure Division, and in January 2024 Adrian became Technical Director within the same division.
Adrian is a follower of the famous saying "deeds not words", he is passionate about construction and innovations in this field.

Florian ZraunigTechnical Controlling Director

With over 17 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, Florian looks at the big picture of ongoing infrastructure projects.
Within PORR Romania, his focus is not only on the financial aspects, but also on ensuring that the project is completed on time and within the defined objectives. He works closely with his colleagues to support the project management team on site and to ensure that they are able to fulfil the company's commitments. He leverages recognised construction methods to drive efficiency and innovation.
Florian first came to Romania in 2010 when PORR participated in the tender process for a project around Arad. He was at that time part of the Tender Department in Vienna. In April 2014, he joined PORR Romania to work on the Sebeș Turda Lot4 motorway project, where he had the pleasure to start as Head of the Technical Department on site until 2017. Two years later, after developing a Project Control Concept in Vienna, he returned to Sibiu-Pitești Lot1 in 2019.
He is known for his fairness and respect when dealing with people. He believes that success in business is about balancing the needs of all stakeholders and finding solutions that benefit everyone.
