Marian ConstantinescuTechnical Director Infrastructure, Special Projects
Marian Constantinescu joined PORR Romania as Technical Director for Special Projects in October 2025.
With a career starting in 1996, he has delivered projects spanning from ports and airports to renewable energy and specialised structures — a professional path ranging from coastal protection to mountain-crossing ventures.
Marian holds a PhD in Civil Engineering, is a certified project reviewer and technical expert, has an MBA in Marketing, and, since 2025, is also a certified Mindfulness instructor. After years dedicated to concrete and calculations, he discovered that balance is just as important as structural strength.
After office, he is a rock music, opera, karate, and meditation afficionado – a mix which may seem unusual, but all its items have rhythm and discipline in common.
He believes in leaders who don’t give up when the path becomes blurry – those who inspire their teams by their strong commitment to vision and values.

Adela HollerCommercial Director Infrastructure, Special Projects
After completing her studies at the Academy of Economic Studies in 2003, specialising in finance, insurance, banking and stock exchange, Adela started working with various international companies. She completed two master's programmes, one of them at international level. She joined the PORR Romania team in 2008 as an accountant for the Câmpina - Predeal railway project. Since 2011, he set up and developed the treasury department, and from 2019 to 2023 he held the position of Finance Director of our organisation. Subsequently, she took on a new challenge in PORR, becoming Commercial Director in the Special Infrastructure Projects Division.
In her free time, Adela prefers travelling with her family, she likes to get to know new places, new people and new cultures, and is always attracted by intercultural differences.
Fine wine, good food (even if she doesn't like to cook) and the company of friends are some of her passions, along with badminton, swimming and driving.
