Emilian BadeaTechnical Director, Bucharest Local Infrastructure
Emilian Badea held the position of Commercial Director for local infrastructure projects for 11 years, and since 2024 he accepted a new challenge and transitioned to the role of Technical Director of the Bucharest Local Infrastructure Division.
Upon completion of his studies in civil engineering construction in 2003, he started working for various international construction companies, while completing his studies at the Academy of Economic Studies in 2008.
After a period of two and a half years in the role of project control engineer for one of the largest European motorway construction companies, Emilian joined an Austrian group of companies, holding various positions in the management team.
In his current role, Emilian has coordinated various international operations and has been equally involved in the technical and commercial activities of the Romanian construction business line.
Emilian likes rock music and is a very good storyteller.

Iulia MetzingerCommercial Director, Bucharest Local Infrastructure
Since June 2024, Iulia has been Commercial Director in the Bucharest Local Infrastructure Division, but her professional path in PORR started in 2007 and included different experiences and projects. Before taking up this position, she successively held the role of assistant project manager, economic site manager, project commercial manager, then group commercial manager. She considers that all these stages contributed to her development as a person, colleague and manager.
The managerial style she adopts is one whose main objective is autonomy and which is based on encouraging each member of the team to be involved and responsible, to come up with proposals, ideas and suggestions. Iulia believes that the qualities of true leaders include honesty, transparency and trust.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and travelling, as well as looking for new challenges.
