For more than a decade, PORR has implemented compliance regulations to ensure a fair and open dialogue with stakeholders. The regulations set out basic principles for the dissemination of information, provide key measures to avoid insider dealing and regulate everything to ensure legal compliance and avoid conflicts of interest.
All sets of regulations are regularly updated to align and correspond to changes in the law. A dedicated compliance officer is responsible for monitoring compliance.
Compliance under PORR Group.
Based on the PORR Code of Conduct and Corporate Values (PORR Spirits), the compliance structure is tasked with implementing internal guidelines (e.g. anti-corruption regulations) to ensure compliant behaviour and adherence to the Code of Corporate Governance through the Compliance Management System (PORR CMS).
Compliance, the highest ethical standards and the observance of all legal regulations are aspects pursued in the day-to-day business of PORR Romania.
In terms of transparency, PORR Romania has its own whistleblowing system, which can be accessed anonymously if desired.
