Tender procedure

This own public tender procedure is carried out by PORR Construct S.R.L. in accordance with the provisions of O.U.G. no. 83/ 2016 on some measures to streamline the implementation of transport infrastructure projects, some measures in the field of transport, and for amending and supplementing some normative acts, art. XI, repealed and replaced by art. 1 of the O.U.G. no. 101/2020 on some measures for the implementation of projects financed by European funds in order to avoid the risk of decommitment for the 2014-2020 programming period, in force since 26 June 2020, with subsequent amendments and additions.
