Within a period of just ten months, PORR Construct S.R.L. overhauled the structure of an existing hotel to realise a new four-star hotel for the Angelo Hotel chain.
To implement the project in Otopeni, a suburb of Bucharest, two floors had to be stripped right down to their carrying structure and rebuilt afterwards. Our scope of work also included the restoration of facades and windows as well as turnkey construction for 72 rooms, a fitness centre and a sauna.

After a construction time of less than a year, we handed over the finalised project to the satisfied customer.
